Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants and Beaches- Our Islands are filled with a wide variety of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and beaches. Many of them charge a fee to have a wedding ceremony on their beach, some of them will accommodate a wedding if you stay or dine with them and a few of them are completely free. Some are in a sunrise location and others will give you a fabulous sunset. We will help you choose a location based on your wishes and the size of your wedding party. ​

Officiate- Bill has been performing wedding ceremonies here in the Keys for the last eight years. He is one of the most requested and highly rated in client satisfaction. Whether your wedding is "sand-between-your-toes" or a more formal affair, his experience and easy going manner will give your ceremony a feeling of calm to help ease those pre-wedding jitters.​

Floral Arrangements- We have several wonderful local florists who can create any look in wedding bouquets and floral arrangements.

Cakes- With an array of talented and creative local bakers, you can have your choice of delicious wedding cakes be it small

and simple or extravagant. Please see our "Cakes" gallery for some exquisite options.

Wedding Set ups- We design and create many different Wedding Set-Ups but are always open to custom ideas and designs. Choose one of our designs in your choice of colors or together we can create one of your own.​

​

Rental Equipment- For the smaller wedding, we have everything you might need right here for a beautiful complete wedding. For a larger affair, we are happy to handle the arrangements for additional needs such as tents, gazebos, extra tables and chairs, etc.​

Catering- We have excellent local caterers/bar service who serve up delicious dishes and tempting tropical drinks with many different menu choices available.​

​

Music- The Keys are home to many talented professional musicians, bands, and DJ's with a wide variety of musical styles and most of them are personal friends. We will be happy to help you choose one and handle the arrangements for you.

 

Wedding Planning/"Day Of" Coordination- ​Packages do not include full wedding planning or "day of" coordination. We will be happy to add either service at an additional charge. Fees vary depending on details and wedding size.

Limo Services- Yes, we even have limo's here in the Keys! Please let us know if you would like limo service or private transportation to any island location.​

Area Referrals- The Keys are a wonderful and amazing place to visit and we are excited to share them with you!  We will be happy to refer the area's best from hair/makeup salons, fabulous restaurants, dive/snorkel spots and tourist attractions, to the most amazing star gazing location ever. We love our islands and we know that you will too so just ask!​

 

Deposits- Payment of 50% is due at the time of scheduling and the balance is due a minimum of 60 days  prior to the event date.  We will send a payment request via email so payments can be made securely using a Credit/Debit Card or Banking account.  Dates are not considered firm until the payment method has cleared the bank. Additional fees may have been applied for travel.
All deposits are non-refundable due to scheduling requirements. In other words, please be certain and do not cancel. Sorry no exceptions. If you need to reschedule, we will be glad to reschedule within 12 months subject to date availability.​
